This policy explains what personal information Diamond+ Growth Partners Inc., doing business as Lucas J. Sailer ("we", "us"), collects through lucasjsailer.com and the checkout at pay.lucasjsailer.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a British Columbia, Canada corporation (BC1454277).
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number (when you give one) and business name when you buy, book a call, fill in a form or write to us.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, and the date. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Text message details: if you tick the optional text box at checkout, we keep your phone number, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, and the date and time.
- Messages you send us: emails and text replies, so we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived, using cookies and similar tools including analytics and advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, send receipts and setup help, and answer your questions.
- To send emails about your order and, where you have asked for them, our writing and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the box "Text me setup tips about my order" at checkout, Diamond+ Growth Partners Inc., doing business as Lucas J. Sailer, will use your mobile number to send customer care texts about the product you bought, such as setup check-ins and replies to your questions. Up to 4 messages per order, plus replies to messages you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
We collect your phone number, the consent wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, and the date and time. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver the messages (for example Twilio), and only to deliver them.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out and you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@lucasjsailer.com.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms and only as needed for their job:
- Payments: Stripe.
- Text messages: Twilio.
- Email delivery and our customer system (Ad Blitz OS), and website hosting.
- Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels described below.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or in a sale or reorganization of the business (with the same protections for your information).
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, measure visits and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads in the settings of the ad platforms you use. Blocking some cookies can make parts of the site work less well.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Order and payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. If you opt out of texts we keep a record of the opt-out so we never text you again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Email contact@lucasjsailer.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and we will honor them on request.
Where your information is stored
We and our service providers operate in Canada and the United States, so your information may be processed in either country and may be accessible to the courts and authorities there.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our products and site are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes to how we use text message information will be announced before they take effect.
