These terms cover your use of lucasjsailer.com, the checkout at pay.lucasjsailer.com and the products and services sold there by Diamond+ Growth Partners Inc., doing business as Lucas J. Sailer ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Products and orders
We sell digital products and services, including the AI OS Starter Kit. The price, what is included and how it is delivered are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are delivered by email or a download link after payment.
Your license
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute it, and you may not claim it as your own work.
Refunds
Digital products (playbooks, kits and downloads): All sales final. You get the full playbook the moment you buy.
Services (AI OS Launch and AI OS Build): these follow their own written agreement, which sets out scope, payment and any refund terms.

No guarantee of results
We share what has worked for us and our clients, but results depend on your business, effort and market. We make no promise of any specific income or outcome.
Text message (SMS) program
- Program: Lucas J. Sailer order support texts.
- Who sends them: Diamond+ Growth Partners Inc., doing business as Lucas J. Sailer.
- What you get: customer care texts about your order, up to 4 messages per order, plus replies to messages you send us.
- Consent: optional, given by ticking the unticked box at checkout. It is not a condition of any purchase.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the texts.
- Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP or email contact@lucasjsailer.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to break or probe it, or use it to break the law or harm others. We may suspend access to a product if these terms are broken.
Intellectual property
The site, its writing and the products are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in British Columbia have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home place gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
